RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I accept returns or exchanges of all new, unused jewelry purchased online or in-store within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date with original packaging and in perfect condition. I do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. Please email me at email@example.com with your request, order confirmation number and photo of the piece. All prior shipping charges are non refundable.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done through the retailer. I am only able to process exchanges for pieces purchased directly from this website.
I reserve the right to deny unreasonable exchanges or refunds.

Repairs will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please email me at email@example.com with your request, order confirmation number and photo of the piece. Please note that I do not accept repairs without prior notice and the customer is responsible for costs (including shipping) associated with repairs.
