What is the best way to take care of my Bizu?
These pieces are handmade so please be delicate with them.
Protect your pieces by avoiding exposure to water, sunlight, perfumes, and creams as much as possible.
Taking your jewelry pieces off before sleeping, showering, or engaging in physical activity is recommended.
Your jewelry pieces are happiest when stored individually in a soft pouch or cloth. Make sure to give it a kiss before you pack it away, too.
Metals and handware will always be nickel-free, but please contact me if you have any specific allergies
What should I do if I want a size adjustment?
Size adjustments are always free at the time of check-out.
If you need an adjustment after the time of your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible!
How do returns and repairs work?
Repairs will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, order confirmation number and photo of the piece. Please note that I do not accept repairs without prior notice and you will be responsible for costs (including shipping) associated with repairs.
I accept returns or exchanges of all new, unused jewelry purchased online or in-store within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date with original packaging and in perfect condition. I do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. Please email me at email@example.com with your request, order confirmation number and photo of the piece. All prior shipping charges are non refundable.
You wil be responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done through the retailer. I am only able to process exchanges for pieces purchased directly from this website.
